Domestic wastewater treatment

For 15 years, the company has been designing and producing equipment for domestic wastewater treatment under the registered trademark of the autonomous sewage system "Bioline". More than 400 such sewerage systems successfully operate only in Ukraine.

Developments in the production and usage of wastewater treatment systems were supported by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the experience of using treated wastewater for irrigation of forest and park plantations in the recreational zone of the South Coast of Crimea was recognized as successful and recommended for use in any recreational areas.

Autonomous sewerage "BiNeo" has been serially manufactured since 2002, it is designed for underground, semi-submerged and surface positions. The main construction materials for the plants are concrete and plastic.

The wastewater treatment technology used in autonomous sewerage systems BiNeo is based on the use of mechanical (sedimentation) and biological (aerobic oxidation) methods. The plants operate in extended aeration mode, using nitrification and denitrification processes. Wastewater treatment provides indicators that meet the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine: the Rules for protection of surface water from pollution by wastewater, SanPiN 4630, SanPiN 4631, sanitary-hygienic and technological requirements of the consumer, treated wastewater is safe for human health and exclude negative impact on the environment. The main advantages of BiNeo series units are simplicity of design and the absence of complicated regulations during exploitation.

Municipal wastewater treatment systems

Municipal wastewater is a mixture of domestic, rainfall and industrial wastewater in different proportions. While treatment methods are the same combination of mechanical and biological treatment, municipal wastewater treatment requires broader design and consideration of more factors. Municipal systems include sedimentation and capture stations, reservoirs, biological treatment plants, pumping stations, pipeline systems and building solutions in general. The company has got innovative solutions, resources and experience in performing tasks of any complexity to create these systems. As practice has shown, local treatment facilities (LFT) can't be an alternative to centralized communal treatment facilities, but significantly expand the tools for water bodies protection from pollution and improvement of the environmental situation in settlements.

Therefore, the company's approach is to use various methods and technologies for intercepting flows and pollution, including centralized and local solutions which form a modular and adaptable system for municipal wastewater treatment.

The company supplies factory-made local biological treatment systems for domestic wastewater treatment and carries out construction and reconstruction of capital treatment facilities. The use of local systems even in conditions of urban development and the presence of centralized networks allows solving the problem of uncontrolled volumes of polluted wastewater entering city networks (illegal tie-ins).

Surface effluents, including rainwater, melted and washing effluents Surface effluents is the cause of oil products, heavy metals, toxic substances and other hazardous contaminants inflows entering water bodies. The importance of surface effluents treatment has been underestimated for a long time, and the accumulated problems require systemic and professional solutions in laying of surface effluents drainage lines and cleaning them from contamination before entering the reservoir that Ecoplast Stantsl Ukraine is ready to develop and implement.

One of the well-proven solutions is COS series (coalescent oil separator) plants for water purification from oil products. The plants are produced according to ТУ У 29.2-32192932-003-2005 and can be used as independent equipment for local wastewater treatment before discharge into the sewer or onto relief, or into a waterbody, as well as a part of a complex of treatment facilities as a unified factory-made technological machine.

The main consumers of the equipment are gas stations, parking lots, enterprises that store and process oil products, machine-building enterprises with degreasing processes.

Our systems are installed and operate at filling stations of the well-known networks WOG, OKKO, Yukon, at the sites of enterprises of Dneproshina OJSC, EPICENTER supermarket, agricultural complexes "Agrotek Invest", "Agrofirma Mayak", "Agro-industrial company Mais", "Maïsadour Semences Ukraine".

The throughput of typical COS plants is from 5 litre/sec to 200 litre/sec, which allows cleaning rainwater from areas of approximately 410 m2 to 18,000 m2.

Industrial effluents

The company "Ekoplast Stantsl Ukraine" performs development, production and implementation of modern high-performance technologies and equipment for wastewater treatment at wastewater disposal facilities of industrial enterprises.

A wide range of industrial wastewater contaminants, the difficulty of removing them by traditional treatment methods, the mode of intake and significant fluctuations in concentrations in wastewater require a variety and combination of known methods of wastewater treatment and constant search for new ones, as well as treatment of the resulting sediments, silts and sludge, the usage of more complex installations and equipment than for domestic wastewater treatment.

These containers get useful properties of the materials they are made of, mainly, resistance to aggressive environments and hygiene - the possibility of safe food and drinking water storage.The most common and proven solution is sheet polyethylene and polypropylene containers produced by welding.
